Is your busy schedule making it hard to fit traditional in-person therapy appointments into your life?
Are you constantly travelling for work or other commitments, making it difficult to maintain regular in-person therapy?
Would you feel more at ease opening up about your thoughts and feelings from the comfort of your own environment?
Worried about privacy and the potential stigma associated with seeking mental health care in your community?
Life's challenges can often leave us feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. But you don't have to face them alone. Our online counselling services are designed to provide you with a safe, confidential, and convenient way to embark on a journey towards healing, growth, and positive change.
We offer a free 20-min consultation for you to meet your counsellor and learn more about our services.

At Hearthstone Counselling, we understand that finding time for in-person therapy can be a challenge.
That's why we offer virtual counselling – a flexible and effective way to access support from the comfort of your own space.
Our experienced and counsellors are here to help you navigate through difficulties, gain insights, and develop coping strategies, all through a secure and user-friendly online counselling platform.
If you're located in the Invermere area and require a secure, private, and confidential setting for your online appointment, we can offer you access to our office space to conduct your session with one of our counsellors
