Supervision is a collaborative process between a supervisor and a supervisee, where the supervisee receives guidance, support, and feedback on their work. At Hearthstone Counselling, our supervisors are experienced and highly trained counsellors who provide clinical supervision to our team members. Through regular supervision sessions, our counsellors can receive feedback on their work, discuss challenging cases, and learn new therapeutic techniques.

Our supervisors provide a safe and supportive space for our therapists to explore their personal and professional growth. They provide guidance on ethical dilemmas, case conceptualization, and treatment planning. Our supervisors also work closely with our counsellors to ensure that they are providing evidence-based and culturally sensitive care to our clients.
