Frequently Asked Questions

We offer services for children, youth, adults and couples. We offer a variety of approaches to best suit the individual needs of the client. Please check the "Our Approaches" section to learn more.

Our sessions range from $120-$140 for individual sessions and $150-$170 for couples. 

We do bring on practicum students at various times. These students are Master level counsellors completing counselling hours for their program. Please see the practicum student section on our website for more information.  

Currently, we do not offer direct billing for insurance. However, we can provide a receipt for reimbursement with your insurance provider. Most insurance companies accept registered clinical counsellors (RCC) and Canadian certified counsellors (CCC) as mental health providers covered by insurance. 

We also provide Employee Assistance Services (EAP) with Health Canada, BCI, First Nations Health Authority, CVAP.

We take credit card payment as our primary form of payment. Your credit card will be charged at the end of your session day and a receipt will be emailed to you. 

We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Anything within the 24 hour period will be subject to a full fee.
