Your facilitator, Sue Bradley, specializes in child psychology and anxiety. She will lead engaging discussions, offer valuable resources and provide evidence-based techniques tailored to your specific issues. Through her guidance, you will develop a deeper understanding of anxiety and how it manifests in children, empowering you to recognize and respond to your child's needs in a positive and meaningful way that deepens your relationship.

This group counselling session is designed for children aged 7 - 12 years where we combine the power of art therapy and mindfulness strategies to nurture their emotional well-being.
Through various artistic mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture and collage, participants will learn to find safe outlets to process challenging emotions.
Mindfulness strategies will be introduced and practiced to learn mind-body connections and discover the power of the present moment.
