Grounded in a person-centered approach, Melanie highlights the natural strengths of each individual, working with them to set goals that align with their ideal well-being.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Play Therapy, Melanie also integrates Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused therapy, and Narrative therapy into her work. This diverse array of modalities allows her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering meaningful progress and growth in their therapeutic journey.
